The Service may collect and store the following information to provide image games and fortune/saju features:

• Information you provide: name, date of birth, gender, time of birth.
• Information you provide while using image games: photos you upload or select, type of game, tone, result length, and other options you choose to play the game.
• Information generated and stored: saju results (text, etc.) and image game results (text, images, result cards, etc.) that the Service generates based on the above input, as well as classification labels, metadata, and other auxiliary information derived during result generation and review.
• The Service does not use photos uploaded for image games for identity verification or for creating biometric information.
• In addition, access logs, device and app information, and error logs may be collected for service operation.

• Generating saju results and providing the Service based on the name, date of birth, gender, and time of birth you provide.
• Generating image game results, providing result cards, and enabling save/share features based on the photos and options you upload or select.
• Improving image game features, analyzing and reviewing AI result quality, error analysis, preventing fraudulent use, and improving service quality.
• Re-providing the same result upon your request to view previously stored saju or image game results (only within the retention period in Article 4).
• Service operation, customer support, prevention of illegal or fraudulent use, and compliance with legal obligations.

The Service stores the name, date of birth, time of birth, gender, photos and options uploaded during image games, and the resulting saju or image game outputs (as set out in Article 2) for a limited period and then deletes them.

• If you request to view a stored saju result or image game result within 3 days, the Service will provide the result and then immediately delete the related personal information (name, date of birth, time of birth, gender, uploaded photos, and selected options) and the result itself.
• Regardless of whether a viewing request is made, the above personal information, uploaded photos, selected options, and generated results will be automatically deleted after 3 days from the time they are stored.

The Service does not sell or arbitrarily share users' personal information, uploaded images, or generated results with third parties. However, information may be provided to the extent necessary in response to lawful requests from authorized agencies such as government bodies, investigative agencies, or courts, in accordance with applicable laws.

The Service implements necessary technical and administrative measures to protect user information, including access control, protection of data transmission, and management of error and access logs.

The website and related services may use cookies or similar technologies for feature improvement, maintaining user environment, statistical analysis, and other purposes that enhance user experience. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings.

In accordance with relevant laws, you may request to view, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your information. When you request deletion of images or results, the Service may ask for the minimum information needed to verify your authority, and will process the request without delay once verified.
