Ketentuan Layanan

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service and its users in relation to the use of the AI-based saju/fortune, tarot, dream reading, and manseryeok mobile application and related services provided by Playmong (the "Service").

• "Service" means all features provided through the Playmong app and its associated web and API services.
• "User" means a member or non-member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Content" means all text, images, AI-generated results, and the like provided through the Service.
• "AI Result" means the saju/fortune, tarot, and dream reading results the AI generates and provides based on the date and time of birth you enter, the dream text you write, and the topics, cards, and dates you select.

Layanan menampilkan Ketentuan ini di aplikasi atau situs web agar mudah diperiksa pengguna. Layanan dapat mengubah Ketentuan dalam batas yang diizinkan hukum.

The Service uses AI and other technologies to provide saju/fortune, tarot, dream reading, manseryeok, and similar information. The Service may change or temporarily suspend what it provides as operationally or technically necessary.

The Service provides results to your questions based on the information you provide and the options you select.

AI Results are provided on the premise of personal, non-commercial use. You may not use or resell AI Results for commercial purposes without the Service's prior consent.

The Service may store and analyze the information you enter and the AI-generated results to the extent necessary for providing the Service, checking for errors, improving quality, preventing fraudulent use, and complying with obligations under applicable law.

You must not enter content for unlawful purposes, in infringement of others' rights, or that is obscene, violent, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise contrary to public order and morals, nor attempt to manipulate AI Results.

AI Results are generated automatically, and the Service does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI Results are reference information for entertainment purposes, and the Service is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any damage arising from your reliance on or use of them.

Pengguna dilarang melakukan hal berikut:

• Menggunakan informasi orang lain atau mendaftarkan informasi palsu.
• Mengunggah gambar/informasi yang melanggar foto atau hak orang lain tanpa izin.
• Mengganggu operasi normal Layanan.
• Akses abnormal atau scraping dengan sarana otomatis.
• Tindakan yang melanggar hukum atau ketertiban umum.

Some results of this Service may be generated by artificial intelligence (AI). Saju/fortune, tarot, and dream reading results are reference information for entertainment purposes only and do not replace scientific, medical, legal, or financial advice. You must exercise your own judgment in using AI Results, and you are responsible for decisions made on that basis.

AI-generated content is provided "AS IS," and the Service makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI Results.

Layanan dapat menyertakan tautan ke situs atau layanan pihak ketiga bila diperlukan. Layanan eksternal tersebut berada di luar kendali Layanan, dan Layanan tidak bertanggung jawab atas konten, operasi, atau kebijakan privasinya.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service and the content it contains belong to the Service or the rightful holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them beyond what the Service expressly permits.

However, quoting, capturing, or sharing parts of the Service's screens or content in ways that bring positive recognition or promotional benefit to the Service or to Playmong may be permitted by the Service, so long as it does not damage the Service's reputation or cause misunderstanding.

Rights in the information you enter, such as the dream text you write, belong to you. You warrant that you hold the rights necessary to use what you enter with the Service, and the Service uses those inputs only for the purposes of generating results and providing the Service.

Layanan dapat mengubah atau menghentikan sementara seluruh atau sebagian Layanan karena kebutuhan operasional/teknis, peningkatan layanan, kepatuhan hukum, atau kondisi layanan/infrastruktur eksternal.

The Service may be released from liability where it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disaster, communication failure, the fault of a third party, or the fault of the user. The Service does not intervene in disputes arising between users, or between a user and a third party, through the Service, and is not liable for any resulting damage.

The Service does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of automatically AI-generated saju/fortune, tarot, or dream reading results, and is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on or use of such results.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service's liability for damages is capped at the amount you most recently paid to the Service (or zero if none), unless otherwise provided.

Pengguna harus mematuhi hukum Republik Korea dan hukum lain yang berlaku terkait penggunaan Layanan, serta tidak menggunakan Layanan untuk tujuan ilegal atau curang.

Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Korea. Gugatan antara Layanan dan pengguna diajukan ke pengadilan yang berwenang sesuai hukum acara perdata dan hukum terkait.
