Playmong (sau đây gọi là "Dịch vụ") tuân thủ các luật liên quan về bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân và công bố Chính sách quyền riêng tư này để bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của người dùng.

The Service may collect and store the following information in order to provide saju/fortune, tarot, and dream reading features:

• Information you provide: name, date of birth, gender, time of birth.
• Information you enter or select while using a feature: the dream text you write for a dream reading, the topic and period you choose in tarot along with the cards drawn, the date you look up a fortune for, and other options selected to generate a result.
• Information generated and stored: the saju/fortune, tarot, and dream reading results (text, etc.) the Service generates from the above, along with classification labels, metadata, and other auxiliary information derived during result generation and review.
• In addition, access logs, device and app information, and error logs may be collected for service operation.

• Generating saju/fortune results and providing the Service based on the name, date of birth, gender, and time of birth you provide.
• Generating dream reading and tarot results based on the dream text you write and the topics and cards you select.
• Analyzing and reviewing AI result quality, error analysis, preventing fraudulent use, and improving service quality.
• Re-providing the same result upon your request to view a previously stored result (only within the retention period in Article 4).
• Service operation, customer support, prevention of illegal or fraudulent use, and compliance with legal obligations.

The Service stores the name, date of birth, time of birth, gender, the inputs you write or select (dream text, tarot selections, and so on) as set out in Article 2, and the results generated and stored from them, for a limited period and then deletes them.

• If you request to view a stored result within 3 days, the Service will provide the result and then immediately delete the related personal information (name, date of birth, time of birth, gender, and the inputs you wrote or selected) and the result itself.
• Regardless of whether a viewing request is made, the above personal information, inputs, and generated results will be automatically deleted after 3 days from the time they are stored.

Dịch vụ không bán hoặc tự ý chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân, ảnh tải lên hoặc kết quả tạo ra của người dùng cho bên ngoài. Tuy nhiên, thông tin có thể được cung cấp trong phạm vi cần thiết khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp của cơ quan có thẩm quyền theo luật.

Dịch vụ áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và quản lý cần thiết như quản lý quyền truy cập, bảo vệ đường truyền và quản lý nhật ký lỗi/truy cập để bảo vệ thông tin người dùng.

Trang web hoặc dịch vụ liên quan có thể sử dụng cookie hoặc công nghệ tương tự để cải thiện tính năng, duy trì môi trường sử dụng, phân tích thống kê và nâng cao trải nghiệm người dùng. Người dùng có thể từ chối lưu hoặc xoá cookie trong cài đặt trình duyệt.

Theo luật liên quan, người dùng có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa, xoá hoặc ngừng xử lý thông tin của mình. Khi yêu cầu xoá hình ảnh hoặc kết quả, Dịch vụ có thể yêu cầu tài liệu tối thiểu để xác minh quyền của người yêu cầu và sẽ xử lý không chậm trễ sau khi xác minh.

Chính sách quyền riêng tư này có thể được sửa đổi do thay đổi pháp luật, nội dung dịch vụ hoặc chính sách vận hành. Các thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong dịch vụ hoặc trên trang web.
