隐私政策

最近修订：2026 年 5 月 21 日 — 强化了图像游戏使用过程中收集和使用的信息以及 AI 结果质量管理相关条款。
1. 总则
Playmong（以下简称"本服务"）遵守《个人信息保护法》等相关法律法规，为保护用户的个人信息，制定并公开本隐私政策。
2. 收集的个人信息项目
The Service may collect and store the following information in order to provide saju/fortune, tarot, and dream reading features:
- Information you provide: name, date of birth, gender, time of birth.
- Information you enter or select while using a feature: the dream text you write for a dream reading, the topic and period you choose in tarot along with the cards drawn, the date you look up a fortune for, and other options selected to generate a result.
- Information generated and stored: the saju/fortune, tarot, and dream reading results (text, etc.) the Service generates from the above, along with classification labels, metadata, and other auxiliary information derived during result generation and review.
- In addition, access logs, device and app information, and error logs may be collected for service operation.
3. 个人信息的收集和使用目的
- Generating saju/fortune results and providing the Service based on the name, date of birth, gender, and time of birth you provide.
- Generating dream reading and tarot results based on the dream text you write and the topics and cards you select.
- Analyzing and reviewing AI result quality, error analysis, preventing fraudulent use, and improving service quality.
- Re-providing the same result upon your request to view a previously stored result (only within the retention period in Article 4).
- Service operation, customer support, prevention of illegal or fraudulent use, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. 保留和使用期限
The Service stores the name, date of birth, time of birth, gender, the inputs you write or select (dream text, tarot selections, and so on) as set out in Article 2, and the results generated and stored from them, for a limited period and then deletes them.
- If you request to view a stored result within 3 days, the Service will provide the result and then immediately delete the related personal information (name, date of birth, time of birth, gender, and the inputs you wrote or selected) and the result itself.
- Regardless of whether a viewing request is made, the above personal information, inputs, and generated results will be automatically deleted after 3 days from the time they are stored.
5. 向第三方提供个人信息
本服务不会向外部出售或随意分享用户的个人信息、上传图像和生成结果。但是，依据法律法规，应政府机关、调查机构、法院等有权机关的合法要求时，可能在必要范围内提供。
6. 个人信息的安全保障措施
本服务为保护用户信息，实施必要的技术性和管理性保护措施，包括访问权限管理、传输区间保护以及错误和访问记录管理等。
7. Cookie 和类似技术的使用
网站或相关服务可能为改进功能、维护使用环境、统计分析等提升用户体验的目的使用 Cookie 或类似技术。用户可通过浏览器设置拒绝保存或删除 Cookie。
8. 用户的权利
用户依据相关法律可以请求查阅、更正、删除或停止处理本人信息。在请求删除图像或结果时，本服务可能要求请求人提供最少必要的资料用于权限确认，确认后将立即处理。
9. 政策的变更
本隐私政策可能因相关法律法规、服务内容或运营政策的变更而修订。重大变更将通过服务内公告或网站公告等方式通知用户。
