• "Service" means all features provided through the Playmong app and its associated web and API channels.
• "User" means members and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Service.
• "Content" means all text, images, AI-generated results, and other materials provided through the Service.
• "Image Game" means a feature where AI generates humorous or predictive text, images, and result cards based on inputs such as photos you upload or select, tone, and length.

The Service posts these Terms in the app or on the website so that users can easily review them. The Service may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable laws.

The Service uses AI and other technologies to provide image games, result cards, saju/fortune information, and similar features. The Service may change or temporarily suspend its features when necessary for operational or technical reasons.

The Service provides answers to questions or game results based on the information you provide, uploaded images, and selected options.

Image games are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Without the Service's prior consent, you may not use image games or their results for commercial purposes or resell them.

You may upload or select photos that you own or have proper rights to. The Service may store and analyze uploaded images and AI-generated results within the necessary scope for service provision, error checking, quality improvement, prevention of fraudulent use, and compliance with applicable laws.

You must not upload images or attempt to manipulate AI results for illegal purposes, infringement of others' rights, or content that is obscene, violent, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise against public order and morals.

Image game results are automatically generated by AI, and the Service does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results are provided as entertainment-oriented reference information; to the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for damages arising from your reliance on or use of such results.

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Using others' information or registering false information.
• Uploading images or information that infringe others' photos or rights without permission.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service.
• Abnormal access or scraping using automated means.
• Any acts that violate applicable laws or public order and morals.

Some results of this Service may be generated by artificial intelligence (AI). Image games and saju/fortune results are intended only as entertainment-oriented reference information and do not replace scientific, medical, legal, or financial advice. You should evaluate AI results on your own, and you are responsible for any decisions made based on them.

AI-generated content is provided "AS-IS," and the Service makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Service may include links to third-party websites or external services where necessary. Such external services are beyond the Service's control, and the Service is not responsible for their content, operation, or privacy policies.

Intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the Service and its content belong to the Service or its rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works beyond what is expressly permitted by the Service.

However, citing, capturing, or sharing parts of the Service screens or content in ways that positively raise awareness or promote the Service or Playmong, without damaging the Service's reputation or causing misunderstanding, may be permitted by the Service.

Rights to photos and input information that users upload for image games belong to the users or rightful owners. Users warrant that they hold the necessary rights to the uploaded photos and information for use of the Service, and the Service uses such inputs only within the scope of result generation and service provision.

The Service may modify or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical needs, service improvement, legal compliance, or circumstances involving external services or infrastructure.

The Service may be exempted from liability if it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, communication failures, third-party fault, or user fault. The Service does not intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties arising through the Service, and is not liable for any damages resulting from such disputes.

The Service does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of image game results, saju/fortune results, or other content automatically generated by AI, and is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on or use of such results.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service's liability for damages is, unless otherwise provided, limited to the amount you most recently paid for the Service (or zero if you have not paid any amount).

Users must comply with the laws of the Republic of Korea and any other applicable laws in connection with the use of the Service, and must not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Lawsuits arising between the Service and users shall be brought in the competent court determined by the Civil Procedure Act and other applicable laws.
